All notices from Bella Grace Event Dresses to You may be posted on our Website and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Bella Grace Event Dresses five (5) days after the date sent.

Terms Of Sale
You will indicate by completing the appropriate order form on the site the products that you wish to order. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following TOS. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to contract with Bella Grace Event Dresses, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. At the time you place an order, you will complete an authorisation for us to recover, through your credit or debit card, payments due to us. Bella Grace Event Dresses retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
Bella Grace Event Dresses must receive all payments in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once credit or debit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked, we will accept your order. If your order is accepted we will inform you by sending you an acknowledgment email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to meet the requested delivery date, you will be fully refunded with the original price. We will notify you by email or by telephone. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
Shipping and Delivery
We highly recommend that you order your dress in plenty of time before your intended event to ensure that you get the dress you want. If you enter a wear date then we can let you know if your dress will be available by that date.
At this time, Bella Grace Event Dresses ships merchandise to locations within the United Kingdom. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from the supplier or from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
It is also crucial to measure yourself carefully and check your size according to the size chart of the designer you wish to purchase, prior to placing an order. We will not be held responsible for problems resulting from the failure to follow this advice carefully.
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days for in stock items unless otherwise specified.
Special Order items: 2-9 weeks depending on the supplier. Please read the section below titled 'Special Orders'.
For bespoke orders, please check with us first.
All items require a signature upon delivery.
We charge a standard delivery fee of £10 to cover postage and packaging costs to anywhere in the UK. Where multiple items are purchased, we will combine postage so that you are never charged more than £10 per order.
In exceptional circumstances where a rush on an order is required, please let us know. We charge an extra £50- £100 for rush orders depending on the supplier and time frame given for when the dress is needed.
Additionally, Bella Grace Event Dresses ships merchandise to certain International locations. Individuals wishing to place an international order are advised to contact Bella Grace Event Dresses prior to placing such an order.The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to you.Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Bella Grace Event Dresses is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Returns & Exchanges
ONLINE RETURNS: Where an item has been ordered online and has not been previously seen by you in our showroom, please follow the procedure below.
On the rare occasion that you choose to return an item ordered online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. You will then receive an authorisation code which you will need to write on your returns form. You will have a total of 14 days after receiving an item to return it. Please return it with labels still attached to the dress and with the enclosed returns form with authorisation code and all the original packaging to: Bella Grace Event Dresses, Willow House, Ingleden Park, Swain Road, Tenterden, Kent, TN30 6SL. UK.
As part of our quality control, we individually check and photograph all dresses before sending. We would therefore kindly ask that you carefully try on the dress without removing any attached labels or having on anything (such as jewellery or heeled shoes) that may damage the dress.
Please also note that our dresses are dispatched with an affixed company sash. This does not affect your ability to try on the dress. The sash must be kept intact in order to be able to return the dress; the dress will be automatically deemed non-refundable if this sash is detached.
We will, unfortunately, be unable to accept a return of items where these instructions have not been followed.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items and also for ensuring their safe delivery. The item returned is your sole responsibility until it is received by us. We, therefore, encourage you to use a secure method that has adequate insurance cover and that you also obtain an adequate returns receipt.
Upon receiving the returned item and satisfying all the above requirements, a refund minus the cost of postage and packaging will be credited to your original payment method.
If you haven't received your goods but they are still in transit to you, then you will need to return them following the above procedure.
Please follow the above procedure for exchanges. On receipt of the item to be exchanged, we will post out the new item to you. Please note that this can only be done once, per order/item and may be subject to a delivery charge.
For International orders, please follow the above procedure. Please note that you will be responsible for all costs incurred on returning the item back to us including any fees or taxes. These payments are to be paid at the time of shipping as goods received by UK customs will not be released until such has been paid. Customers are advised to take out insurance for orders being sent out on their behalf. We will not be held responsible for any damages during transit.
IN STORE PURCHASES, SPECIAL AND BESPOKE ORDERS
For items purchased directly from our showroom, you will have 7 days to return it to us.You may be charged the card processing fee if this is non-refundable to us. Please return items with labels still attached to the dress and all the original packaging.
We offer a bespoke service where we can order certain items not featured on our website, especially sourced and tailored to a customer's specific needs. We can also place a special order for dresses we do not have in stock but can be obtained via our suppliers. These will require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the order and are non-refundable once fully purchased.
Please note that only selected styles are available for hire.
.Contact us on email@example.com to confirm whether your chosen style is available for hire (and in your specified colour and size).
.We will require details of your event/wear date and preferred hire period (either 3 or 7 days).
.The above should be done at least 10 days in advance of your wear date.
.Once we send a confirmation email that your specified dress is available to hire and customers wish to proceed with the hire, we will then send a second email stating product details, hire period and costs. We will then require payment for the dress to be dispatched. Following receipt of payment, we will then dispatch the dress and send a confirmation email with an attached invoice. Customers will then be able to track your dress from that date to point of delivery.
.Your order will arrive by tracked courier service by 5 pm on your specified delivery day.
.It is the customer's responsibility to send the dress back. We request that the dresses are returned in the same box and packaging that they are supplied in and the enclosed returns form completed.
.On receipt of the dress, we will arrange for cleaning of the garment. Added charges are applied for posting out(only) of the dress as well as for dry cleaning services.
.Under no circumstances are customers permitted to dry clean or alter the dresses. In the event of this, full RRP cost of the dress will be applied.
.Once the dress has been dispatched to the customer, costs of hiring will be nonrefundable.
