Hire Policy

Please note that only selected styles are available for hire.

.Contact us on info@bgeventdresses.co.uk to confirm whether your chosen style is available for hire (and in your specified colour and size).

.We will require details of your event/wear date and preferred hire period (either 3 or 7 days).
.The above should be done at least 10 days in advance of your wear date.

.Once we send a confirmation email that your specified dress is available to hire and customers wish to proceed with the hire, we will then send a second email stating product details, hire period and costs. We will then require payment for the dress to be dispatched. Following receipt of payment, we will then dispatch the dress and send a confirmation email with an attached invoice. Customers will then be able to track your dress from that date to point of delivery.

.Your order will arrive by tracked courier service by 5 pm on your specified delivery day.
.It is the customer's responsibility to send the dress back. We request that the dresses are returned in the same box and packaging that they are supplied in and the enclosed returns form completed.

.On receipt of the dress, we will arrange for cleaning of the garment. Added charges are applied for posting out(only) of the dress as well as for dry cleaning services.
.Under no circumstances are customers permitted to dry clean or alter the dresses. In the event of this, full RRP cost of the dress will be applied.

.Once the dress has been dispatched to the customer, costs of hiring will be nonrefundable.

Costs of hiring:

Dresses available to hire are at a cost of 40% of original RRP  if hired for 3 days and 50% of original RRP if hired 7 days.
.An additional fixed charge of £40 is applied to cover costs of postage/packaging & dry cleaning.
.Please, note that 'hiring-period' - either 3 or 7 days -is calculated from the date that the dress is received by the customer (day 0) till the day it is received back by us (day 4 or 8).
.Dresses received outside the agreed hire period will incur further costs. This is charged at at 6% of RRP for every day the return is late.

.We require a holding deposit. This will vary according to the dress and we will let you know how much this will be when you contact us. Following the return of the dress, this will be refunded (in form of original payment) minus the hiring costs stated above.

.Dresses must be returned in suitable condition without structural damage/fault/or permanent stains. Customers are responsible for loss/destruction/theft/fire/permanent/major stains or any other irreversible damage.
If returned with any form of irreversible damage customers must pay the full RRP in accordance with that published on our website.

.Customers must be over 18 and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
