Below, we have detailed the measures we have put in place:

We will ask that If you have any symptoms of Coronavirus, please do not attend your appointment, and contact us to reschedule.

Prior to your appointment, we will endeavor to obtain as much information from you as possible in-order to make the appointment most efficient and be able to run in a timely manner.

We have reduced the time of mother of the bride, evening, and prom wear appointments to 45minutes in-order to allow for adequate cleaning of the showroom and steaming of dresses in between customers. For these appointments we kindly ask that you attend with one adult only or preferably alone if able to do so. On arrival, attendees will be asked to maintain a 2m distance from our member of staff as well as each other if not from the same household.

Each guest will be provided with a declaration statement to sign confirming that they do not have symptoms nor have been in contact with anyone with symptoms within the past 7 days, outlining the measures we have put in place and confirming that you accept any risk that may come from attending the appointment.

We will be limiting the number of dresses that can be tried on to 6 per appointment.

If you are trying on bridesmaid dresses, only one bridesmaid can try on the dresses, unless both parties sign to state that they are happy to try on the same dress without it being steamed in between.

Bridesmaid appointments will remain at 1hr however we will only allow the bride and one bridesmaid in at one time if more than 1 bridesmaid. Preferably, video calls may be performed with other members of the bridal team to help decide on dresses etc. This will be discussed prior to attending the appointment.

Please do not bring children with you. If this is not possible, please contact us before your appointment.

On arrival to the showroom, we ask that you kindly remove your shoes at the door and if possible, leave coats/outerwear in a car.

You will be asked to sanitize your hands, using sanitizer provided and be given disposable gloves and a mask to wear. We ask that you refrain from browsing the rails or touching dresses. Dresses will be shown to you by the member of staff and handed to you in the fitting area if you wish to try on.

The 2 metre social distancing guideline will be adhered to at all times where possible.

The member of staff will be able to help fastening and fitting of dresses etc whilst wearing a mask and gloves. We may ask that your accompanying adult help with fastening in-order for the member of staff to maintain distance.

Please dispose of the gloves and mask on leaving the showroom and sanitize hands once again at the end of the appointment.

All dresses worn will be steamed inside and out after each appointment. The showroom, including fixtures and fittings, door handles etc. will also be wiped down with disinfectant after each appointment.

Please note that we no longer provide beverages or use of onsite toilet facilities.

For payments, cards will be preferred to cash if possible.
